You will guide market-driven direction for Large Power Converter architectures, aligning customer needs with technology trends and Vertiv's portfolio roadmap. As a bridge between market strategy, product management, engineering, and sales, you shape differentiation and growth opportunities across regions. You'll translate insights into investment priorities and align cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness for next-generation power architectures. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on stakeholder engagement to drive transformation in data center and grid-interactive power systems.

Responsabilità

  • Define strategic market and architecture direction for Large Power Converters based on customer priorities and regional requirements
  • Identify growth opportunities and portfolio risks by analyzing market evolution, data center power, grid interactions, and sustainability standards
  • Shape product positioning, value propositions, and executive narratives to enable customer engagements and differentiation
  • Influence roadmap priorities and investments through collaboration with Engineering, PM, Sales, and regional teams
  • Lead portfolio benchmarking and translate insights into differentiating actions and battle cards
  • Contribute to strategic planning with scenario analysis, business cases, and investment prioritization
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across Product Lines for roadmap execution and market readiness
  • Create architecture thought leadership content, sales enablement assets, and training materials
  • Represent architecture strategy in customer workshops, executive reviews, and regional portfolio discussions
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Requisiti fondamentali

  • 5+ years in product management, portfolio strategy, or related engineering roles in power electronics or data center power infrastructure
  • Ability to translate market intelligence and customer requirements into portfolio strategy and roadmap priorities
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of power architectures, UPS, grid-interactive solutions, and data center trends
  • Strong analytical skills in market research, competitive intelligence, and business case development
  • Excellent executive communication and storytelling for diverse audiences
  • Proven stakeholder leadership and influencing skills across global teams
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with interest in energy transition and sustainability
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
  • Bachelor in Engineering (or related technical discipline)
