We are looking for a person who will join Moleskine as a Business Controller EMEA in our Finance team.The position is based in Milan.Scope of the role:We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Business Controller to join our EMEA Controlling Team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in finance within a global brand. The ideal candidate will produce accurate weekly and monthly reports, support budgeting and forecasting activities and ensure precise financial analysis. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, with a strong focus on partnering with the Sales team.Main responsibilities:Prepare weekly and monthly reports with a high level of accuracy and analytical insightSupport the preparation of Budget and ForecastParticipate in monthly closings activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional departments to ensure consistency between financial data and business objectives.Propose improvements to reporting and controlling processes.Requirements:Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field1-2 years of relevant experience in controlling or finance rolesStrong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts)Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g, SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Oracle, PBCS, Qlick Sense)Fluent English, both written and spokeNice-to-have:Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.Proactive, curious, and with a genuine eagerness to learn.Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.What we will offer:Unique brand to discoverDiscount on our productsDynamic atmosphere in an international environmentOpportunity to influence and became a decision makerMoleskine is an equal opportunity employer.
