La divisione Technical & Engineering di Adecco Italia ricerca, per azienda operante nei servizi industriali e nelle lavorazioni meccaniche per il settore energia/oil & gas, una figura di: Contract Coordinator La risorsa opererà su siti industriali sull'area Melilli e si occuperà di:coordinamento di una squadra operativa di circa 3 tecnici;gestione tecnico–commerciale dei clienti già contrattualizzati (approccio consulenziale);project management di commesse di breve durata (3–5 giorni);gestione end-to-end della commessa: quotazione, pianificazione attività, personale, materiali, mezzi, DPI, rendicontazione tecnico-contabile e chiusura;supporto allo sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business. Trasferte operative: 1–2 giorni a settimana sui siti; trasferte presso la sede centrale in Friuli con frequenza bimestrale/trimestrale. La risorsa potrà essere operativa anche sulla sede di Gela e svolgerà trasferte occasionali presso altri clienti situati in Calabria e Campania, in funzione delle esigenze operative e di progetto.Requisiti:Formazione tecnica, preferibilmente laurea in ingegneria o diploma tecnico;Esperienza pregressa in contesti industriali, preferibilmente in ambito energia / oil & gas;Buona conoscenza delle dinamiche di cantiere e della gestione operativa delle commesse;Ottime capacità comunicative, attitudine al dialogo con clienti, fornitori e team interni;Capacità di operare in contesti complessi e multiculturali, con forte attenzione ai temi di sicurezza.
