Nastec is expanding its international sales organization and is seeking an Area Manager – Middle East to further develop brand presence and business growth across the region.If you are passionate about sales, results-driven, and motivated to grow within an international and innovative environment, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important market.As Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Nastec's commercial strategy in the Middle East. This role requires strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of regional markets to drive sustainable growth and deliver measurable results.You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams while ensuring a high level of support to local customers and partners. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with distributors, system integrators, installers, OEMs, and key stakeholders will be central to your success.RESPONSIBILITIESIncrease market share and support business development initiatives to drive revenue growth across the Middle EastBuild and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners through regular market visitsAccurately record all Customer Relationship Management activities in the CRM systemManage inbound and outbound leads and proactively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and networkingMonitor sales performance, KPIs, and product trends within the regionPresent, demonstrate, and train customers and partners to support sales activitiesManage pricing support mechanisms and contribute to commercial negotiationsSupport and enhance the local market presence and performance of partnersRepresent the company at customer events, meetings, and industry activities, including out-of-hours engagements when requiredParticipate in international exhibitionsYOUR BACKGROUNDThe ideal candidate is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple priorities.
