It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style.We Are One: For Love | For Diversity | For Change | For Equality | For Kindness | For Freedom | For Unity Against RacismAbout the roleReporting to EMEA General manager and dot line to EMEA Account Executive, the Wholesale assistant will support showroom and sample management, VM / training. and any administration related to business development.Key focus on supporting with showroom management, with sales order uploads and working closely with our customers to help in daily communication.Responsibilities:Creating and presenting training materials to the stores.Overseeing the VM and liaising with the management on the product assortment.Reviewing weekly trade.Assisting the account manager to organise market dates for each season and planning customer appointments.Assisting with sample management before each market (samples to send to our global showrooms).Assisting the account manager to put together a photo pack and send to customers detailing all the trend and product information.Being present in sales appointment in showroom, meeting clients and helping with product presentation.Chasing customers for their orders, review and process their buy.Check and save orders, put on the order log and collate a sales figures analysis sheet.Assisting the account manager with customer's sales figures information.Liaising with customers on a regular basis for any queries they may have.Having regular meetings with the wholesale merchandising and logistics teams so that we can ensure that there are no delivery issues with any accounts and looking for resolutions in case of any.Assisting the account manager in liaising with press and marketing to ensure they are aware of new account openings as well as making sure they are in regular contact with existing accounts.Creating databases for Press and Marketing to ensure they maximise coverage of all styles bought and adjust according to specific market/region.Creating weekly communications pack that details all retail sales info, messages to customers, possible new sales opportunities, press edits and celebrity placements.Completion of all admin required for customers. This includes product attributes, EANs, POCs, Online Product forms etc.Management of samples for all customers. Ensuring these are ordered and ready for the customers for their deadlines.Communication of any product changes to our customers to ensure they have the most up to date information.Support concession business in France with product reorders and returns to secure correct product flowSupport online concession business with product uploadSupporting with daily organization and management of showroomKPIsAccuracy of inputting and checking ordersAttention to detailGreat communication skills – verbal and writtenSample ManagementShowroom AssistanceMeets order deadlinesAccurate use of excelRequirementsFluent English both written and spokenPrevious admin experienceProficient on ExcelWholesale/retail experience preferredProactive and positiveExcellent communication skillsHardworking and fast learnerStrong organization and administrative skillsTeam playerBenefitsCompetitive basic salaryEnviable discountsHalf Day, Pay Day Friday (once per month)And so much moreIf you're successful, you will work for a business which recognises that amazing people are the key to driving our business forward and fulfil our vision of being the world's leading multi-channel retailer of luxury branded shoes and accessories.
