We are looking for a reliable and organized Service Management Specialist to support our service department and ensure smooth daily operations in Turin ana Milan Italy. This roule will work closely with the service team to coordinate service activities, manage administrative tasks, and assist with scheduling and technician support on systerm. This is an ideal position for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a service-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the Service Team in day-to-day operations of the service departmentAssist with scheduling service appointments and dispatching techniciansPrepare and process service orders, reports, and other administrative documentsHelp manage parts requests and job completion trackingMaintain service records and ensure accurate data entryEnsure smooth coordination between technicians, parts, and front office staffQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field1–3 years of experience in a service, administrative, or customer support roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office and service management software (training available)A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team environmentBasic understanding of technical services or repair work (preferred, but not required)Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), Italian, and English (spoken and written)
