We are building one of the most ambitious next-generation luxury brands — lean, fast, creative, and digital-first.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Creative Content Creator Intern who will help shape the visual identity of Percorso across social media, paid ads, and ongoing brand storytelling.This internship is ideal for someone who is: • Obsessed with aesthetics, luxury design, and modern visual culture • Passionate about social media, content and advertising • Skilled in video editing and shooting • Highly proactive, organised, and hungry to create impactful work • Looking to grow inside a fast-scaling brandWhat You Will DoContent Production & VideographyCapture lifestyle content across Florence (architecture, details, movement, city scenes)Shoot product-focused footage (macro shots, textures, fit videos, studio-like clips)Create UGC-style content with creators, models, and ambassadorsSupport weekly shoots and help coordinate locations and pacingSocial Media & Creative DirectionProduce creative short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTokWork on concepts for Meta ad creatives (static + videos)Help develop moodboards, visual guidelines, and storytelling sequencesTranslate brand values into clean, modern visual languageAssist in planning content calendars and production schedulesWhat We're Looking ForStrong familiarity with Instagram/TikTok content trendsCreative eye for composition, color, and aestheticsBasic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar)Ability to work independently and bring ideas to lifeFluent in English; Italian is a big plusPassion for design, fashion, architecture, and visual storytellingLocated in Florence or able to be on-site regularlyWhat You Will LearnHigh-end visual storytelling and luxury brand aestheticsPaid advertising creative strategyInfluencer/UGC production workflowsReal-world brand-building inside a fast-scaling luxury companyCross-functional collaboration with founder, collaborators, and creative teamWhy This Internship Is SpecialYou will work directly with the founder on shaping the creative identity of a luxury brand from its early stage.
