You will act as a trusted partner to hotel revenue managers and leadership teams, ensuring properties are fully activated, competitive, and consistently performing across Nuitee's demand partners.You will work hands-on with data, dashboards, and internal teams to identify performance gaps quickly and act on them without delAs a high-performing team player at Nuitée, you will be key to our exponential growth, bringing exceptional value to new clients and contributing to our vision of reshaping the travel technology landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Market Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue, margin, and engagement across a portfolio of live hotels. You will act as a trusted partner to hotel revenue managers and leadership teams, ensuring properties are fully activated, competitive, and consistently performing across Nuitee's demand partners.Own and manage a portfolio of directly contracted hotel partnersBuild strong, long-term relationships with hotel revenue managers, GMs, and cluster teamsDrive revenue growth by optimizing availability, pricing, room-type coverage, and restrictionsMonitor performance daily using Yielding and Transaction dashboards to identify opportunities and issues earlyRecommend and execute promotions, pricing adjustments, and distribution optimizationsLead regular business reviews and build structured quarterly account plans for key partnersOwn post-contract activation, working with Connectivity and Tech teams to ensure hotels go live quickly and correctlyProactively remove blockers and follow through until issues are resolvedWhat Success Looks LikeHotels are activated quickly and fully distributedPerformance issues are identified early and addressed fastRevenue and margin improve quarter over quarterHotel partners are engaged, responsive, and see clear value from NuiteeOur Ideal Candidate:Experienced in hotel account management, revenue management, or travel distributionComfortable working with data and performance dashboardsStrong understanding of hotel pricing, inventory, and connectivity workflowsHighly organized, execution-driven, and accountableDemonstrates a strong sense of urgency — you move fast, follow up relentlessly, and don't let issues lingerComfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities move quicklyWhy Nuitee?At Nuitée, we're not just reimagining travel—we're building the infrastructure to power it.Massive Market Opportunity: We are tackling the $9.9tn travel industry, starting with the $75 billion B2B hotel market, a fragmented space filled with outdated systems, gatekeepers, and inefficiencies.
