Treviso e Venezia), oltre a flagship store in Parigi-Milano-Londra Profilo ricercato: Area Sales Manager (design lighting - Middle East)Aree geografiche: Middle East – Bacino Mediterraneo Canali sales: retail – contract - dealersGlobal package: RAL, MBO, company carIl nostro Sales Area Manager a riporto del Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) sarà responsabile dello sviluppo del business e vendite Retail e Contract all'interno della Regione assegnata (Middle East – Bacino Mediterraneo), garantendo che le attività commerciali, distributive e di marketing siano allineate con la strategia commerciale; supervisiona l'implementazione del business plan di region assicurando il pieno sfruttamento del potenziale di mercato. Avrà pertanto responsabilità di fatturato, margini e forecast di vendita, miglioramento della customer satisfaction e del servizio cliente.Sviluppa e coordina il piano di vendita e marketing, inclusa la preparazione del budget, implementa il business plan approvato, monitora le performance e segnalando al CCO eventuali scostamenti rilevanti, promuove l'ottimizzazione delle vendite, della distribuzione e della visibilità del brand, supervisiona lo sviluppo dei sistemi di reporting localiSarà responsabile dell'implementazione del business relativamente ai canali Retail e Contract, ampliando e qualificando la rete distributiva e formandola al fine di implementare il business relativo a portafoglio prodotti e nuove collezioni, gestisce la pipeline delle vendite e monitora i progressi rispetto agli obiettivi.In sinergia con il Chief Marketing Officer pianifica e mette a terra le attività di Marketing in linea con la strategia di comunicazione complessiva; organizza meeting con i clienti, gestisce presentazioni prodotto, eventi e lanci; supporta la pianificazione degli appuntamenti con i rivenditori e mantenere solide relazioni con architetti, partner ed end user.Skills: Vogliamo entrare in contatto con candidature con comprovata esperienza in area Export Sales sviluppata nei mercati del Far East – Bacino del Mediterraneo, oltre che europei; sviluppo portafoglio cliente esistente e key account nelle potenziali aree strategiche, follow up offerte e reportingÈ richiesta la disponibilità a frequenti trasferte e viaggi, soprattutto sui mercati indicati.Sede: Veneto orientale (tra prov. Treviso e Venezia)
