Our clients move millions per month, and we operate in one of the most regulated and fast-moving segments of financial infrastructure.We're entering a key growth phase: strong product–market fit, increasing inbound demand, and a clear mandate to build a predictable, measurable GTM engine.About the RoleWe're hiring a Growth Intern to support the execution of FinchTrade's 2026 Growth Plan. You'll work directly with the Growth Lead and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations. This is not a passive internship: you'll help turn strategy into execution, maintain clean GTM systems, and make growth activities measurable and repeatable. If you want to learn how a B2B fintech / crypto infrastructure company actually scales demand and revenue, this role is designed as a fast, hands-on learning experience.What you'll doContent & InboundSupport the production of high-intent content across the buyer journey (comparison pages, case studies, implementation guides)Assist with keyword and intent research aligned with FinchTrade's ICPsHelp structure content outlines and update existing content based on performanceEnsure content includes clear CTAs aligned with funnel stagesCollaborate with sales to reflect real objections, FAQs, and use cases in contentBacklinks & OutboundResearch fintech, payments, crypto infrastructure, and regulatory publicationsMaintain backlink prospect lists (domains, contacts, relevance)Support outreach preparation (guest posts, quotes, link insertions)Track acquired and lost backlinks and help maintain monthly reportsCoordinate linkable assets with ongoing content effortsWebsite & AnalyticsSupport the rollout of new website entry points (ICP pages, use cases, comparison pages)Help audit messaging clarity, CTAs, and conversion pathsAssist with tracking page-level conversion metricsSupport simple evaluation tools (e.g. calculators, quote or demo request flows)Help ensure high-intent actions are logged and visible in the CRMHelp maintain clean funnel data across inbound and outboundSupport dashboard updates (pipeline, conversion, attribution)Assist with monthly performance reviews and reportingHelp surface early signals, bottlenecks, and operational gapsPodcast & Video OperationsSupport podcast outreach and guest research in fintech, payments, and cryptoMaintain podcast and guest databasesAssist with scheduling, preparation, and logisticsHelp manage raw audio/video filesSupport short-form clip creation and distribution (LinkedIn and similar channels)Who you areCurrently enrolled in a university or recently graduatedHands-on experience through internships, side projects, student consulting, or early-stage startup exposurePassionate about fintech, crypto, and financial infrastructure, and motivated to build a career in this spaceStrong interest in go-to-market, growth, and revenue-driven marketingSolid marketing fundamentals: content, SEO, distribution, analytics, or campaign executionAnalytical mindset: comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and performance trackingProactive, structured, and comfortable working with ambiguity and ownership
