With the integration of our self-developed five-fingered dexterous robotic hands, our comprehensive "Eye-Brain-Hand" solution extends its applicability to broader and diverse scenarios.Mech-Mind Robotics is trusted by 100+ Fortune Global 500 clients, with 17,000+ units deployed across 40+ countries and regions.To grow our business in European market, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Application Engineer in Italy/Germany to join our expanding regional team.Key Responsibilities:Commissioning and final acceptance tests of 3D vision applications with different robot models at the customer's siteChecking system interfaces (hardware & software) and adapting prepared programs (especially in Python)Conducting and documenting feasibility studiesCarrying out application and product training sessionsClose cooperation with sales and development for the purpose of product optimization (hardware & software)Providing technical support for customer inquiries and application-related issuesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, robotics or comparable vocational training with relevant professional experience in the field of robotics/commissioningBasic understanding of industrial image processing and its applicationExperience in commissioning and programming industrial robots/cobotsHands-on mentality for complex problemsService-oriented mindset & ability to work in a team, flexibility and an independent way of workingWillingness to travel regularly within Europe Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken; German language skill is a strong advantageWe offer:A forward-looking position in an exciting and diverse fieldA high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedomAttractive compensation and excellent development opportunities
