We were meant to fly.As CRO Order Manager you will work in the team of Commercial Service - Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO) and will report to the Contract Manager (CM). You will support the Program Manager (PM) in the administration of Commercial business, interacting with all other Functions to ensure the deliverables of Contract, improving Customers' Satisfaction and guaranteeing the business continuity. Cooperate with cross functional team to deliver on the assigned programs deliverables within the terms and conditions of the purchase orders.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesCustomers' Purchase Order's analysis and management, to ensure its compliance to Contract's requirementsComponents' induction (MIL) and flow down to all stakeholders of Customer's PO, through the company Standard Work tools (i.e. GE Workflows, BPM, etc.)Manage the internal DataLake and Databases with Excel tools, keeping record of all process stepsIssue the Cost Estimation for Customer's approval; managing the archive and ensure correct flow down of Customer's disposition to all stakeholdersIssue Invoice for services' performed, iaw approved quotation and/or applicable Price Catalogue, guaranteeing the invoice's compliance to the scope of work in Customer's POPerform as interface between the customer and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requestsAssure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and support PM for changes, variations, solutions to issuesResponsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contractMay also support proposal and negotiationsInterface with all Stakeholders to achieve the targets (OTR Key Process Indicator - KPI) and to increase Customers' SatisfactionProduce effective Reporting through the company Tools/Systems: monthly report on the main deliverables of programs/contracts - comparing vs. assigned target (i.e. MIL/month; Quote/month; Invoice/month; etc.)Qualifications/RequirementsMaster's degree in Engineering, Economy or relatedPrevious experience in a similar roleFamiliar with Office Programs, in particular Excel: ability to realize pivot tables and analytical graphs, from data tableFluency in English and Italian both written and spokenWork Visa, according to local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
