This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Mechanical Engineer - Technical Office to join us in Legnano, Milan Greater Metropolitan Area, Italy. As part of the job, it's needed to go to our other site in Agrate (also MI area) as well. We are able to consider only candidates who are residing in Italy and are eligible to work in that country.In this role, you'll work closely with the technical management team, as well as be a key contact for the sales network. Your key responsibilities Initial feasibility checks (maximum force and reaction calculations);Design of standard components; archiving; Customization of our products according to customer requests;Support the development and management of our product configurator; Manage and relay technical data to support the sales team's operations.QualificationsWhat should you bring? Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering. Candidates with experience and training in a technical role with an electromechanical focus will also be positively considered; Good written and spoken English and Italian; Knowledge of machine safety regulations; Experience with AutoCAD 2D / Inventor or similar systems.Valid driver's licenceYou're the ideal candidate if you bring strong analytical and organisational skills to the table, along with excellent interpersonal abilities. You're proactive, resourceful, and thrive in collaborative environments where problem-solving is key. You're confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings, and you know your way around Microsoft Office tools.
