Publicis Worldwide is a global creative.OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic advertising agency. ResponsibilitiesYour to-do list:Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clientsDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgetsMonitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactivelyFacilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updatesMaintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reportsCoordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when neededChampion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvementQualificationsEssentials Skills and experience:6+ years experience in Project management within Creative or marketing companiesAbility to coordinate actions across a large multidisciplinary team, across multiple officesExperience with Project management and Financials tools (Monday/PowerBI)you are natural problem solver who doesn't just spot a problem, but helps providing a smart solutionyou are a team player, always ready to step in and supportYou are truly passionate about making great work, but feels the responsibilities to help making the journey/process as enjoyable and worthy.Additional InformationWhy LePub?Joining our team means joining a network of talented and passionate individuals who inspire and challenge one another. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
