As Intern - Production Planner you will support the coordination and expedition of parts according to Customer's needs.Job Description Essential Responsibilities Learn how to engage with internal customers and how to understand and define their requirementsAssist in translating internal customer priorities to the shop floorSupport the oversight of processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Turn-Around-Time (TAT) targetsCollaborate with the Fulfillment Manager and Program Manager on customer induction forecastsHelp to communicate induction plans to the shop floor teamAssist in analyzing performance gaps using problem-solving approachesProvide status updates and assist in developing recovery plans as neededSupport the Fulfillment and Program Managers in addressing work stoppages and excusable delaysMonitor customer output performance and satisfaction levels on a monthly basisWork cross-functionally to gather and provide necessary information to meet customer requirementsMaintain daily contact with various shop levels to ensure smooth operationsAssist in preparing monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis reports Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Mechanical, Management or Industrial EngineeringKnowledge of MS OfficeAble to work in teamHumble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learnGood oral and written communication skillsFluent Italian and English both oral and writtenWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Knowledge of SAPAbility to analyze and resolve problemsAbility to effectively manage competing priorities and resolve challenges simultaneouslyLean/Continuous Improvement mindsetFocused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committedInclusion & DiversityAvio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are strongly committed to maintain an inclusive and diverse environment.
