We are looking for

We are looking for new travel agents with experience in the Travel Industry and customer care who have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Your role in BizAway

Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests through our platform
Entering customer information in our system to issue a reservation or update the booking
Explaining rules and procedures to use our service on the Platform
Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc)

Your basic qualifications

1-2 years of previous experience in the Travel Industry
Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agency
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Portuguese (B2 and up)
Availability to work in shifts (also night shifts from 22 to 7 in the morning)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

We are also interested in

Good communication skills in English
Customer Care experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies

Our offer

📄 Contract type: Permanent
🕓 Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, rotating shifts that may include night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
🏠 Hybrid: Smart Working Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office), flexible working hours and great offices in Europe
💰 Salary: Starting from the 5th level and above, with a salary range from 21K to 30K, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)
