ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Partner Operations Assistant
LOCATION: Hybrid (Milan – HQ, Via Cassala 30), 3 days per week in the office
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Curricular Internship
STARTING DATE: From April 1st 

SALARY RANGE: 800€/month + meal vouchers

What you’ll do:

● Support the Supply Team in ticketing activities solving Travel Coordinators and Travel Producers inquiries
● Provide back office support for day-to-day operational tasks
● Manage ticket-related requests, changes, and documentation through internal tools and systems
● Help keep internal processes organized, efficient, and as lean as possible
● Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
● Support monitoring of deadlines, priorities, and operational follow-ups

What we’re looking for:

● You are currently enrolled in a university or academic program that allows a curricular internship
● Availability for the full internship period (April to September)
● Interest in operations, back office activities, and the travel industry
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
● Confidence in using digital tools and internal platforms
● Good communication skills in Italian; good English command
