At ELCA, we believe that strong technology partnerships are a key driver of innovation, growth, and business success. We are looking for an Alliance & Partner Programs Specialist to manage and develop strategic relationships with leading technology vendors and partners.
In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination between external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring that certifications, incentives, funding programs, and partner requirements are effectively managed and leveraged to maximize business value.
You will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, finance, procurement, and sales functions across the organization, helping ELCA strengthen its position within key technology ecosystems.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Partner Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology partners and vendors.
• Act as the primary liaison between partner organizations and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor partner programs, requirements, competencies, benefits, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with partnership obligations, governance processes, and program objectives.
• Promote collaboration and alignment between partner roadmaps and business priorities. Partner Programs, Incentives & Funding
• Identify and maximize opportunities related to incentives, rebates, investments, funding programs, and partner benefits.
• Coordinate submissions, claims, supporting documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor performance against partner targets and business objectives.
• Analyze opportunities to increase partner-generated revenue and funding utilization.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of partner investments and benefits. Certifications & Competencies
• Coordinate certification and accreditation activities across the organization.
• Define and monitor certification targets required to achieve and maintain partner statuses and specializations.
• Work closely with managers and team leaders to identify training priorities and certification needs.
• Track certification progress and proactively drive actions to address gaps.
• Ensure compliance with specialization, accreditation, competency, and designation requirements. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Support strategic planning initiatives related to alliances and vendor programs.
• Coordinate activities involving sales, delivery, technical teams, finance, procurement, and management.
• Increase awareness of partnership opportunities and program benefits across the organization.
• Facilitate communication between partner representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen ELCA's partner ecosystem and business growth. Operational & Financial Administration
• Coordinate operational activities related to partnership programs, including purchase orders, invoicing processes, approvals, and vendor administration.
• Monitor budgets, funding allocations, reimbursements, and financial reporting activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
• Ensure data accuracy across partnership management processes. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor partnership performance, certification attainment, funding utilization, and incentive achievement.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve partnership value.
• Support management reviews and executive reporting activities.
Your profile
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment. Education & Experience
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in partner management, alliance programs, vendor management, operations, or a similar role is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of technology partner ecosystems (such as Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Red Hat, or similar vendors) is a plus.
• Certifications or training related to alliance management or partner programs are advantageous.
