You ensure precision.   Mornings focus on mastery of Mathematics, Reading, Science, Languages and Computing, fully aligned to the English National Curriculum. They are delivered in a focused, high-intensity morning block of approximately three hours, leveraging adaptive technology and expert teaching to maximise learning efficiency.   You will:
* Design and maintain clear KS2 progression pathways
* Define mastery benchmarks and non-negotiables
* Use live data to identify and close gaps quickly
* Deliver short, sharp, high-impact workshops
* Ensure automaticity, depth and secondary readiness   Afternoon: Applied Intelligence   Afternoons translate knowledge into action. Projects. Public speaking. Leadership. Entrepreneurship. Real problems. Real audiences. Real outcomes.   You will:
* Lead structured, high-energy life-skills workshops
* Coach every child to speak with clarity and confidence
* Develop resilience, ownership and goal-setting

•    Experience across Years 3–6
•    Able to design progression and identify conceptual gaps
