Learn more (https://www.honeywell.com/us/en) As a Temaline Business Transformation Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing a migration strategy for the EBI Temaline installed base to a next-generation Honeywell access control platform aligned with HBS business Projects and Service business strategy. You will leverage your strong product management skills and deep knowledge of the Temaline access control platform integrated with EBI to drive this critical modernization program. You will report directly to our EBI Portfolio Director and you’ll work out of our Milan, Italy location on an remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful transformation of Honeywell Building Solutions’ access control solutions by leading the migration to advanced technology platforms, ensuring a seamless migration to modern solutions with deep integration and enhanced functionality that meets evolving customer needs and business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute a comprehensive portfolio lifecycle management and migration strategy for the EBI Temaline installed base to the next-generation Honeywell access control platform.
* Manage the modernization program lifecycle, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and successful delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and functionality of the new platform with EBI systems.
* Serve as the subject matter expert on the Temaline access control platform transformation and related integration with EBI.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction during and after migration. QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE
* Minimum 10 years of proven product management experience.
* Strong knowledge of the Temaline access control platform and its functionality when integrated with EBI.
* Good program management skills with experience managing complex modernization initiatives.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions. WE VALUE

* Experience in access control or security systems product management.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and global environment.
