Your Responsibilities
• Lead the development and successful implementation of new products and product relaunches
• Own and manage all product administration activities related to the portfolio, including new product launch documentation, and artwork approval
• Take responsibility for the management and continuous optimization of assigned product categories
• Monitor the performance of the product portfolio, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions when required
• Conduct market, consumer, product, and concept research in collaboration with the Market Research team to generate actionable insights.
• Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies for the product range.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, Purchasing, Communications, and Marketing, to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
Your Profile
• University degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in Product Management or Project Management within the FMCG industry
• Experience working in cross-functional international teams in a matrix organisation is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
• Open, proactive, and enthusiastic personality with a hands-on mindset
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
• Fluency in Italian and English; German is an advantage Your Benefits

Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
