About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition and business growth. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, selling integrated logistics solutions, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new customers and build a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, customer visits, and other business development activities.
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored logistics solutions covering warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, distribution, e-commerce logistics, and cross-border supply chain services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solution design, pricing, negotiation, contract signing, and project handover.
• Lead RFQ, RFP, and tender processes and coordinate with Solution, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to develop competitive commercial proposals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
• Monitor market and industry trends and identify new customers, sectors, and business opportunities.
• Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, warehousing, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently identify, approach, and convert new customers, with experience managing complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
• Experience with RFQ, RFP, tender processes, and solution sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B procurement and decision-making processes, with strong commercial, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with leading logistics or supply chain companies, major e-commerce platforms, or their ecosystems is preferred.
• An established customer or industry network in e-commerce, retail, consumer electronics, automotive, furniture, fashion, or other relevant sectors is a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting Chinese companies expanding internationally or managing China-Europe cross-border logistics projects is preferred.
• Fluent English is required. Chinese is a strong advantage. Additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
