YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a Human Resources Intern, and part of the Human Resources department, you will have the opportunity to gain international experience and enhance your knowledge of business processes related to luxury goods, working in an increasingly challenging environment on engaging projects.

• Learning & Development: Support the design, scheduling, and monitoring of training courses. Assist in tracking training effectiveness, managing the training catalog, and supporting employee development initiatives and evaluation tools.
• Employer Branding (Internal & External): Collaborate on employer branding initiatives across both fronts – contributing to external talent attraction strategies and supporting internal initiatives to boost engagement and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Internal Communication: Assist the team in managing internal HR communications channels. Help design, draft, and deliver clear messaging to foster alignment, improve the flow of information, and strengthen the corporate culture and sense of belonging. Profile KEYS TO SUCCESS Degree in psychology, economics, or law, preferably with a specialization in human resources or organizational studies. Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, problem-solving, and a strong team-working attitude. Additional Information Workplace: Celine Production, via di Meleto 1, Strada in Chianti (FI) Starting date: November 2026 (for a 6-month internship)
