YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE As Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across our Boutique and Outlet network, supporting the consistent implementation of Zegna’s guidelines, policies and procedures. More Specifically, You Will
• Ensure the consistent application of corporate guidelines, policies and procedures across the retail network, monitoring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements and Group policies;
• Monitor daily store operations, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve operational effectiveness, stock management, cost efficiency and overall store performance;
• Oversee the management of in-store services and resources, including store supplies, uniforms, fragrances and other operational requirements, ensuring optimal organization and availability;
• Support the implementation of new operational tools, processes and initiatives, facilitating their adoption across the store network;
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports, scorecards and retail performance indicators, sharing insights and aligning with Retail Area Managers and Store Managers on results and improvement opportunities;
• Coordinate operational readiness for seasonal openings and peak trading periods, ensuring stores, teams and resources are adequately prepared; WHO YOU ARE
• You bring at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail operations or a business with a strong operational value chain;
• You have an understanding of retail processes and store operations;
• You demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively;
• You are analytical and solutions-oriented, able to interpret performance indicators, identify operational issues and translate insights into practical actions;
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective relationships with Store Managers and cross-functional stakeholders;
• You are a collaborative team player who takes initiative and approaches challenges with a proactive and pragmatic mindset;
• You communicate fluently in Italian and English; additional European languages are considered a plus;

WHAT WE OFFER
• The position provides for a base salary between € 26.000
- 33.000;
• Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender;
• Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training;
