A Beer Lover: because it helps to think better and strengthens the team spirit 🍺 The Role We're looking for a sharp, hungry Finance Intern to join us at a pivotal moment: mid fundraising round, high growth, zero bureaucracy. You'll work side by side with our Head of Finance across two fronts — the fundraising funnel (talking to investors, not fetching coffee) and the FP&A side of the business (budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking). If you want to understand how Venture Capital really works from the inside — not from a textbook, but from live deals — this is it. Six months, full-time, full ownership of real deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Investor Outreach: Own outbound communication and cold outreach to potential investors. Lead Generation: Research and map the global investor landscape to identify the best fit for our mission. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update our Investor CRM, tracking interactions and managing follow-ups. Fundraising Support: Help build pitch decks, financial models, and Data Room documentation. Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in the AI and AdTech investment space to keep our strategy sharp. FP&A: Support monthly budgeting and forecasting cycles, tracking actuals vs. plan. KPI Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards for core business KPIs (revenue, burn rate, runway, CAC/LTV) for internal and investor reporting. Business Analysis: Flag variances and trends to the Head of Finance, with a first cut of the "why" behind the numbers. What we are looking for

Education:
Final-year student (Laureando) or recent graduate in Finance or Economics. Mindset: Proactive, resilient, comfortable picking up the phone and doing outbound. Analytical

Skills:
A critical thinker who uses data and logic to get results. Language: Excellent English (written and spoken), mandatory for international outreach. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and LinkedIn/CRM tools; comfort building financial models is a plus.
