Eton is seeking to hire a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead our existing business and expansion in the European market. This position is a key role within the European wholesale team. The position will be based in one of our showrooms in Munich or Milan (partly remote). You will report to the Sales Director Continental Europe.

• Own and deliver annual sales, revenue, margin, and sell-through targets across assigned European wholesale markets and customer portfolios.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable business growth with luxury department stores, premium retailers, specialty boutiques, and key wholesale partners.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities with high-potential luxury and premium accounts to expand market share and brand distribution.
• Lead seasonal selling campaigns and collection presentations, maximizing order intake, assortment breadth, and profitability across all customer segments.
• Drive commercial excellence by continuously analysing sales performance, market trends, customer KPIs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Set up all customers with Eton digital tools (i.e. digital showroom, B2B/MTM and In-store tool)
• Closely monitor customer sell-through performance and inventory levels, developing proactive action plans to accelerate sales, improve stock productivity, and strengthen replenishment business.
• Travel to key accounts for in-store training, events, and business meetings
• Collaborate with merchandising, product, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure customer needs are translated into effective commercial strategies and execution plans.
• Lead and manage official Eton store Designated Sales Associates (DSAs)
• Audit annual budget proposal received from Eton Business Intelligence team with bottoms up perspective and confirm corresponding OPEX/CAPEX supporting budgets
• Achieve regional EBITDA goals The experience you will bring is:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in premium or luxury apparel and/or accessories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or related field or combination of relevant education and/or experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of workflow, prioritization, planning and task delegation under tight deadlines
• Ability to work successfully as both a member of a team, leading teams and independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to think critically and creatively, have a high standard of integrity, and be motivated to incorporate best practices into the organizational structure
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Business level written and spoken English
