Supply Chain Manager – Italy & Switzerland 📍 Milan, Italy About Street Street Smash Burgers was born in Lisbon in 2024 with a simple idea: going back to the roots of the burger with quality product and the smash technique. 100% beef, an open kitchen and a casual, authentic atmosphere. Today we’re growing across nearly 40 restaurants in 4 countries, and we’re looking for people with the drive to learn, energy and rhythm to grow with us. The role You’ll own suppliers and supply chain for Italy and Switzerland, so every store gets the right products, at the right price, on time and with the right quality. You’ll also work closely with the group team on sourcing and negotiations across all markets. What you’ll do
• Source, compare and onboard suppliers across food, beverages, packaging and consumables, always with alternatives for key SKUs
• Negotiate prices, rebates, payment terms and contracts, and make sure suppliers apply the agreed prices
• Manage supplier performance: service level, delivery errors, quality issues and claims
• Run logistics and distribution with distributors and 3PLs: delivery schedules, minimum orders, stock-outs
• Set up supply for new openings in Italy and Switzerland, from supplier accounts to first orders
• Handle Swiss imports, including customs, duties and cross-border logistics
• Keep supplier, contract and price lists per SKU and country up to date Who we’re looking for Must-have
• 3+ years in purchasing or supply chain in QSR, restaurant chains or food distribution
• Strong negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience managing suppliers and logistics providers
• Professional working proficiency in Italian and English
• Based in Milan Nice-to-have
• Knowledge of the Swiss market (imports, customs)
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish
