Would you like to start a new professional adventure as an IT Project Manager in one of our opportunities in the IT & Business Transformation sector in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna? 👉 Your missions?
• Lead and coordinate international IT projects and rollouts across different markets.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage large project budgets, monitoring costs and financial performance.
• Coordinate international and multicultural teams, ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain RAID logs, proactively identifying risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Work in Agile environments, applying Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting and governance to stakeholders.
• Identify potential delivery risks and implement mitigation and corrective actions. ✍️

Your profile
?
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar project management role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects, significant budgets and international rollouts.
• Knowledge of RAID management and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent Italian and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have:
• Previous experience managing complex international transformation or technology projects would be a plus.
• Experience coordinating multicultural teams across different countries. ✨ What do

Salary:
EUR 30,000 – EUR 48,000.
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary. Freelance contract:
• Daily rate: EUR 240 – EUR 300, depending on experience, skills and project requirements.
