YOUR TASKSYou oversea service & preparation while working along with the team with a clear focus on servicing our guestsYou are responsible for ensuring a smooth work atmosphere as well as the organization of service shiftsYou lead the service team in close relation with your Assistant Hotel ManagerYou are responsible for observing and maintaining MEININGER quality standards in the public area of the hotel as well as in the bar and kitchenYou monitor the stock, place orders of food and consumables and check deliveriesYou are a warm host who prepares a unique stay for our guestsYOUR PROFILEYou have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industryYou like to lead a team, set a good example and show a sense of serviceYou work efficiently and in a well-structured wayYou have a high service orientation and excellent communication skillsYou are fluent in Italian and English (B2), any additional language is an advantageYou enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, early morning, afternoon and evening shiftWHAT MEININGER OFFERSThere are many good reasons to join our MEININGER Team.
