ITALIAN SPEAKING JOBS IN LISBON WITH ACCOMMODATION - CUSTOMER SERVICE
About the Opportunity:
If you enjoy making a difference in customer experience and would like to work in an international environment then this might be for you We are currently looking for Customer Operations Specialists in Lisbon to support many big projects Fluency in Italian is required
Your role:
- You will providecustomer support over the phone, email and chat
- You will bethe main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
- You will sssist customers with questions, queries and information they might require
- You will support customers with issues, problems or claims and escalated as appropriate
Your Profile:
- You are very proficient in Italian (C2/C1 level) and have good command of English (B2)
- You are a problem solver
- You will be availablle to workon rotating shifts
- You hold a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
