Vos missions au quotidienContribute to carry out the product development activity, both for the new product and the restyled one:develop continuous market benchmarks for insurance productscarry out market studies and monitor market trendssupport the Marketing Manager and the Product Specialist in developing the product conceptdraft power point presentations or other documentation in support of the Marketing manager and the Product specialistContribute to ensure the customer satisfaction:analyse the customer journey to identify pain points and areas of improvementcollaborate to the customer satisfcation survey, participating in the analysis of t he results and in the definition of improvement actionsContribute to manage the online presence of the Company:manage the updating of website's contents and documentsmonitor and manage the online reviews and commentsmonitor the online aprroach of the competitorContribute to the application of Oversight Governance (POG) discipline:collaborate to identify, test and monitor the target market and its evolutionContribute to develop the Company's CSR activity:promote the CSR culture among the staff and the achievement of CSR goalsEt si c’était vous ?
