Overview
For our Worldwide Information & Technology Transformation Function, we are looking for a curious and solution-oriented IT In-store Application Specialist to join the IT Client Facing Applications team, based at our HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
Within the omnichannel retail environment, the In-Store Application Specialist will contribute to technical governance, application evolution, and operational continuity of the solutions used at Moncler and Stone Island boutiques, combining solid technical expertise with a strong focus on the in-store user experience.
In Particular, The Resource Will Be Responsible For

Manage the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of clienteling and retail applications for Moncler and Stone Island boutiques;
Monitor mobile and omnichannel solutions (web, native, and React Native), ensuring quality and operational continuity;
Provide second-level technical support to the Retail network, troubleshooting application and operational issues;
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the application evolution roadmap;
Coordinate technology partners across requirements definition, development, testing, and release activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
Support application configuration, development, evolutionary maintenance, and code analysis in collaboration with internal and external teams;
Support store users in resolving issues and promoting operational best practices.

Qualification
Who We Are Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of web and mobile applications, system integrations, and REST APIs;
Experience with relational databases and SQL, with knowledge of NoSQL databases and data management paradigms;
Ability to analyze and work with XML and JSON data structures and payloads;
Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and platforms;
Software development skills, preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or React Native, and the ability to read and modify existing code;
Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) and/or project management, preferably in the Retail sector.

We Would Appreciate a Person Who Is

Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills;
Strong in interpersonal communication, with a collaborative approach and the ability to build effective relationships.

Compensation package range: from 40.000 € to 50.000 € gross
