As a Concierge, you will be entrusted with curating bespoke, memorable experiences that extend far beyond the expected. By anticipating guest needs, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring seamless execution, you will play a vital role in elevating every stay into something truly unforgettable.
This role is an invitation to create the extraordinary. As a Concierge at Auberge Collection, you will transform every request into a lasting memory. Build genuine connections with guests, understanding their preferences and interests to offer thoughtful, personalised recommendations. Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, discreet, and proactive service throughout their stay. Curate distinctive experiences that reflect the spirit of Florence, Tuscany, and the property. Handle guest requests and special arrangements with care, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered. Follow up on arrangements to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. Local Expertise & Experience Curation Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Florence and the surrounding Tuscan region, including cultural attractions, restaurants, shopping, events, and hidden gems. Recommend and arrange bespoke itineraries, cultural visits, dining experiences, private tours, and other activities tailored to individual preferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and service providers to offer distinctive and reliable experiences. Stay informed about seasonal events, new openings, and local happenings to ensure recommendations remain relevant and inspiring. Reservations & Guest Arrangements Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, private guides, excursions, and other guest requests with accuracy and attention to detail. Liaise with external partners and internal departments to ensure all arrangements are confirmed and communicated clearly. Manage changes and unexpected situations with flexibility, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach. Coordination & Operational Excellence Collaborate closely withGuest Services, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest journey. Communicate relevant information clearly during shift handovers and throughout the guest stay. Support the smooth running of daily Concierge operations, maintaining organised records and following established procedures. Ensure that every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and care.

Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of experiencein the same role within a luxury hospitality environment is a requirement. An innate passion for curating exceptional, personalized experiences for each guest, with the ability to anticipate their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and create memorable moments that reflect the highest standards of luxury service. A poised, polished demeanor that reflects the elegance and warmth of Auberge Collection. The ability to engage guests with grace while managing multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail. Strong ability to handle challenging situations with sensitivity, discretion, and resourcefulness, ensuring positive outcomes while protecting the privacy and security of our guests. Fluencyin English, both spoken and written, with proficiency in additional languages required to support our international clientele.
