Overview In this role, you will support and manage transfer pricing engagements for a European client base from Madrid. You will work within the Transfer Pricing team to deliver technically sound, business-driven solutions across multi-jurisdictional projects. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery, while identifying process improvements and commercial opportunities. * Mentor junior staff on client delivery and technical skills
* Lead day-to-day client coordination and communication
* Provide project status updates to senior management

* Interpret new and existing transfer pricing tax rules Requisiti fondamentali
* 3 to 5 years of transfer pricing experience in a tax advisory or transfer pricing consultancy (preferably Luxembourg)
* Knowledge of transfer pricing in the financial services industry (preferably alternatives)
* Experience in analyses such as interest rate benchmarking and credit rating, and in TP documentation
* Strong technical skills and commitment to professional development
* Project ownership and ability to drive delivery, planning, and prioritization
* Client-focused and commercially aware
* Bachelor or Master degree in Economics/Business Economics/Finance/Financial Analysis or related field
