* Manage project delivery and oversight for client engagements
* Lead and develop project teams
* Advise clients on big-picture and tactical technology decisions
* Foster and manage senior client relationships
* Adapt Gartner frameworks to address client priorities
* Support multi-priority client work with hands-on involvement Requisiti fondamentali
* Experience in a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery role
* Understanding of at least one core domain (e.g., IT Strategy, Application Architecture, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud, IT Cost Optimisation)
* Experience working with one or more IT solutions
* Strong commitment to team success and constructive feedback
* Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop solutions and strategies
* Hands-on ability to manage multiple client priorities
* Excellence in written and verbal communication
* Experience with strategic consulting frameworks
