Appointment Setter – Fully Remote Work

Adventura Srl, a dynamic Performance Marketing agency, is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Setters. This is a key role in our sales pipeline, perfect for those with a hunter mentality who enjoy initiating contact and creating new opportunities. We welcome applicants with no prior experience, as we provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively contact businesses from provided lead lists (both cold and warm).
* Engage potential clients, introduce our services, and identify key decision-makers.
* Qualify leads based on their needs and potential.
* Schedule qualified appointments and demos for our senior Closer team.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
* (For Senior Profiles) Opportunity to progress into closing selected sales.
