pTo lead our Housekeeping department, we are looking for a quality-driven, inspiring, and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d) who will shape the appearance and atmosphere of our exclusive suites through the highest standards of perfection and hospitality. /p h3Your Tasks /h3 ul liOverall responsibility for the Housekeeping department and the impeccable presentation of our suites /li liLead, train and develop the Housekeeping team /li liOrganise and coordinate all Housekeeping operations, including staff scheduling and workforce planning /li liDevelop, implement and continuously monitor Housekeeping standards at a 5-star level /li liInspect and approve suites prior to guest arrival, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation /li liCreate individual suite setups, including wellness areas, daybeds, fireplaces and outdoor bathtubs /li liOrganise and ensure the quality of turn-down service and special preparations for our guests /li liCoordinate In-Room Dining setups in close collaboration with the kitchen and service teams /li liTake responsibility for linen management, amenities, supplies and high-quality equipment /li liWork closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Technical Services and all relevant operational departments /li liFoster a professional, welcoming and quality-driven Housekeeping culture /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience as a Gouvernante, Executive Housekeeper or in a comparable leadership position within upscale or luxury hospitality /li liStrong quality awareness and high standards of cleanliness, aesthetics and presentation /li liExperience in attending to the needs of discerning international guests and handling high-quality furnishings and equipment /li liStrong leadership skills, empathy and excellent organisational abilities /li liStructured, independent and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility /li liConfident and professional manner with excellent communication and teamwork skills /li liUnderstanding of Housekeeping as an essential part of an exceptional guest experience /li liExcellent Italian language skills; German or English is an advantage /li /ul h3What
