* Oversee end-to-end new product development from design to production start
* Drive objectives for cost, quality, time-to-market, and innovation
* Contribute to defining development strategies aligned with company goals
* Apply and improve the Global Solution Process (GSP) across projects
* Plan and develop team members' technical and managerial skills
* Manage outsourcing of design activities and co-design with external suppliers
* Promote cross-functional integration across product development areas Requisiti fondamentali
* Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Extensive experience in R&D and/or Design in structured companies
* Expert user of 3D CAD systems (preferably PTC Creo)
* Project management experience with cost and deadline objectives
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers
* Knowledge of competitive products and platform products technologies
* Familiarity with SPG and BOM management in ERP systems
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* English fluency (min CEFR B2)
