* Lead the execution and global deployment of strategic AI initiatives with defined roadmaps, budgets, and milestones
* Coordinate stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners through the implementation lifecycle
* Provide governance to ensure AI programs are scalable and aligned with enterprise standards
* Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and implementation plans
* Monitor program performance, budgets, risks, and dependencies, with escalation and corrective actions
* Drive adoption, change management and communication to maximize business value and user engagement
* Support transition of AI solutions into operational environments ensuring sustainability
* Prepare updates and recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
* Solid understanding of AI technologies, use cases, and deployment approaches
* Experience managing complex transformation or technology programs in AI, automation, or digital transformation
* Experience in AI-related initiatives including governance and change management
* Previous managerial experience with ownership of strategic initiatives and cross-functional coordination
* Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and working with development teams
* Experience with senior executives in global, multicultural environments
* Full professional proficiency in English
