In this role you install, configure, maintain, and repair medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance. You will work on one modality, perform testing and calibration, and train healthcare staff. You lead preventive maintenance and handle documentation, while ensuring safety and quality standards. The role involves remote diagnostics, customer communication, and contributing to revenue growth through on-demand services.
Responsabilità- Install and configure medical equipment within a defined modality
- Conduct testing, calibration, and performance verification
- Train healthcare staff on operation and basic troubleshooting
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective operations of moderate complexity
- Maintain accurate service documentation, including debriefs, parts orders, and KPI metrics
- Ensure EHS compliance and standards are met
- Leverage customer knowledge to support contract and on-demand revenue growth
- Escalate complex problems to experienced peers
- Lead communications with customers and act as escalation point for installations
- Perform remote fixing and equipment diagnostics
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in one modality; developing knowledge in another
- EHS compliance mindset
- Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English: reading, understanding, and conversation
- Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills
- Ability to assist with network setup and troubleshooting for connected medical devices (IP configuration)
- Fluent in Italian and English
