Join Gucci's RTW Product Development team to lead the end-to-end creation of exclusive Celebrities garments. You will collaborate with Design, the internal Atelier and external suppliers to translate creative concepts into technically flawless pieces. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll manage urgent requests, last-minute changes and tight deadlines while upholding exceptional craftsmanship. This Milan-based role offers cross-functional impact within a legendary luxury house and opportunities to shape high-profile wardrobes.

- Oversee end-to-end development of Celebrities garments from design handover to final sample approval and delivery
- Coordinate with Design, Pattern Making, internal Atelier, external suppliers and artisans throughout the process
- Oversee prototype development, fittings and garment adjustments to ensure feasibility and alignment with creative vision
- Prioritize and resolve urgent requests and last-minute changes while maintaining quality standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery
- Foster effective cross-functional communication among all stakeholders on Celebrities projects
- Minimum 6 years of RTW Celebrities Product Development experience in luxury fashion
- Strong technical expertise in garment construction, luxury fabrics, fitting and artisanal techniques
- Proven ability to manage urgent requests, challenges and tight deadlines with a proactive approach
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in Italian and English
