In this role, you drive health and safety culture transformation for international clients across industry sectors in Southern Europe. You’ll work from the Safe and Sustainable Operations team, partnering with clients from shopfloor to boardroom to embed human performance and leadership in safety. You’ll shape programs that blend culture, risk management, and technical safety to deliver practical improvements and mindset change. This is a hands-on advisory role with travel, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable HSE outcomes.

- Develop and maintain client relationships and support multi-site culture assessments and transformation implementations across sites in Italy and Southern Europe
- Support business development in Italy and Southern Europe including proposal writing, client meetings, and marketing activities, providing specialist input
- Lead top management masterclasses on leadership engagement, risk management, incident learning, and cascading HSE capabilities to all employees
- Design and support transformation activities through leadership behavior change programs and frontline coaching
- Network with ERM specialists globally to share know-how and adopt emerging human performance tools
- Mentor and coach ERM colleagues in human performance measurement and behavioral safety tools
- Travel to HQs and sites (30-50%): liaison with leadership and operational teams to deliver high-quality technical work
- Strong expertise in health & safety culture assessment and transformation (10+ years)
- Operational HSE risk management experience at multiple organization levels using Human Performance tools and Human Factor models
- Experience guiding senior management teams in HSE leadership and transformation (training, coaching, executive roles)
- Experience with HSE Management Systems and potential accreditation (ISO 45001, NEBOSH) desirable
- Ability to lead projects, guide clients, and deliver high-quality technical work
- Fluency in Italian and English; French preferred
