Within the Insurance in a Box program at Generali Core Tech, we are seeking a Release Management Analyst to coordinate and govern software releases across multiple countries and environments.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Maintaining the release roadmap across all countries adopting the Insurance in a Box platform.
  • Support Project, Operations, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, PM, and PMO teams to coordinate technical, operational, and governance activities across all environments.
  • Ensuring compliance with release processes and quality standards.
  • Tracking the activities required to successfully deliver releases while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Supporting release planning, deployment readiness assessments and post-release validation activities to ensure successful production outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree in STEM disciplines or a strong focus on technology and innovation.
  • Aptitude for working with Interdisciplinary teams (both business and technical).
  • Basic knowledge of release management processes or modern CI/CD release processes for cloud-native applications.
  • Strong inclination towards process improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a constructive, solution-oriented approach to problem management.
  • Proactively embraces challenges beyond their comfort zone, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and success in complex project environments.

Since its launch, IIAB has played a key role in strengthening the Group’s technological agility and in generating economies of scale and scope across the entire insurance value chain.

The initial scope of the project will cover approximately 15 million policies at Group level.
