Overview

In this role you drive revenue growth for Fever's Brand Partnerships in Italy, working closely with the Associate Director and cross-functional teams. You will grow relationships with agencies and direct clients, unlock ambitious briefs, and orchestrate resources to craft winning responses. You’ll attend meetings, entertain clients, and shape a strong long-term pipeline in a fast-growing, global category leader. You will articulate trends in entertainment and social media to clients, delivering high-impact proposals that accelerate Fever’s mission.

Responsabilità
  • Build relationships with key clients across the patch (agency and direct) and support the wider Brand Partnerships team
  • Win and qualify client briefs, then coordinate internal resources to craft responses
  • Coordinate delivery of work with internal teams
  • Attend client meetings and pitches
  • Organise client entertainment
  • Strategically develop a strong long-term sales pipeline
  • Meet quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal departments to advance Fever's Brand Partnerships offering
  • Identify entertainment, experiences, and social media trends and articulate them to clients
Requisiti fondamentali
  • 5+ years in publisher sales, experiential sales, or partnerships
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for proposals and meetings
  • Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
  • Creative thinking with data-driven decision making
  • Skilled at crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
  • Fluency in Italian
