E-Coat Business Development Manager will drive regional growth of the next-generation E-Coat platform in Europe. Responsabilità
  • Develop and drive E-Coat opportunities across Europe and lead commercial development of the E-Coat projects
  • Manage country-by-country customer opportunity pipeline in alignment with Country, Business, and Segment Managers
  • Contribute to developing and executing a strategic plan with profitability focus; plan required resources
  • Coordinate commercial activities with technical, laboratory, and suppliers to execute plans and meet P&L targets
  • Define pricing strategies aligned with company targets
  • Support prioritization of R&D and Technical Service activities
  • Identify needs for technical documentation, marketing materials, and commercial communication
  • Ensure timely availability of resources within cost assumptions
  • Lead execution of the plan and ensure cross-functional collaboration across teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe for customer visits, trade fairs, and conferences
  • Manage relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to drive growth
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the coatings industry
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
  • Experience leading growth or customer development projects with measurable results
  • Experience navigating complex working environments, including cross-functional collaboration
  • University degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Italian and English languages
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multinational, multicultural, matrix organization with ambitious growth objectives
  • Strong teamwork capabilities including influence with non-direct reports
  • Proactive mindset with passion for business development and growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
