The Role

At The Magnum Ice Cream Company, the Net Revenue Management Lead is a critical capability that drives profitable growth through data-driven pricing, promotion, assortment, and trade investment decisions. As NRM Lead, you will lead the development and execution of the Net Revenue Management agenda across the Italian Ice Cream business. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, shaping commercial strategies, and driving the adoption of NRM best practices across the organization. Leading a small team of NRM professionals, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to influence business decisions, optimize revenue and profitability, and build a high-performing revenue growth culture.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Lead the development and execution of Net Revenue Management Lead strategies across pricing, promotions, assortment, pack-price architecture, and mix optimisation.
  • Inspire, coach, and coordinate a team, fostering high performance, professional growth, and operational excellence.
  • Define and drive the Net Revenue Management Lead roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Identify revenue and profit growth opportunities through advanced analysis of sales, customer, market, and financial data.
  • Lead the evaluation of promotional effectiveness and trade investment optimisation to maximise return on investment.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and business cases to support pricing, portfolio, and channel decisions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category Leadership teams, driving the adoption of NRM principles across commercial planning and decision‑making processes.
  • Lead annual planning cycles, forecast reviews, and strategic business planning processes from an NRM perspective.
  • Build and oversee dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks to track business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive the implementation of NRM capabilities, tools, and best practices across the organisation.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and challenge commercial assumptions using data‑driven insights to improve revenue and profit delivery.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has at least 10 -12 years of experience in Net Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Key Account Management or Business Analytics within FMCG or Consumer Goods.
  • Has previous experience managing and developing team and leading cross‑functional projects.
  • Brings strong expertise in pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, trade investment optimisation and portfolio management.
  • Demonstrates advanced analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Has advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and market data tools such as Nielsen, Circana or equivalent.
  • Combines strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking and business insight.
  • Takes ownership and accountability for delivering business results.
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Is fluent in English, both written and spoken.
