Offer Description

The candidate will actively collaborate on the research project, specifically managing the methodological management and advanced statistical analysis of the project's empirical studies.
- Implementing complex quantitative models to test the interaction between the project's key constructs: basic psychological need frustration, system justification, and the various dimensions of populist attitudes and their behavioral consequences (e.g., anti-minority attitudes, intention to participate in social protests).
- Providing technical and methodological support in planning, integrating, and analyzing data related to the various methodological approaches (structural equations, network analysis, linear mixed models, and physiological measures).
- Writing scientific articles for indexed international journals and preparing materials for presentation at national and international conferences.
