In this role you drive end-to-end Engineer-to-Order (ETO) system projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets while strengthening Milan Plant capabilities. You collaborate with engineering, supply chain and manufacturing across Europe to deliver complex booster system solutions. You will build and improve PM processes, mitigate risks, and support profitable growth through strong QCD performance. This role offers the chance to shape capabilities at the Milan site within a diverse, growth-oriented culture.

- Manage ETO project orders from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards
- Coordinate resources across Grundfos functions and the supply chain to resolve bottlenecks and achieve project milestones
- Monitor and improve Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) performance to increase customer satisfaction and support profitable growth
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Build Milan Plant capability and readiness to deliver ETO Systems across Europe
- Establish and continuously improve project management processes and best practices
- 5+ years of project management experience in ETO, manufacturing, or engineered systems environments, with proven achievement of Quality, Cost & Delivery targets
- Strong knowledge of supply chain coordination and manufacturing processes, including management of complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or another relevant technical discipline
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and CAD software
