Align sales efforts across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and market penetration. Regularly review regional performance and progress, ensuring the team achieves results and implements corrective actions as needed. Provide strategic direction for critical regional projects, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Anticipate potential challenges and develop innovative solutions that not only address existing issues but also preempt future challenges for continuous improvement. What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in hospitality, revenue/yield management, or e-commerce. Proficiency in English. A network with Tourism Boards, Hotel Chains, and travel influencers is preferred. In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and distribution Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical mindset. Professional presentation skills. Strong cross-functional communication skills. Results and data-driven approach.
