Di cosa ti occuperai?

Il Junior Project Contract Manager (PrCM) è un membro chiave del team di progetto, che lavora in stretta collaborazione con il Project Manager e il team di progetto principale. Fornisce indicazioni e leadership per sviluppare, implementare e guidare la gestione dei contratti/sinistri e le strategie di mitigazione del rischio in conformità con gli obiettivi aziendali, tra cui estensioni di tempo (EoT), ordini di variazione, emendamenti contrattuali. Garantisce la corretta tenuta dei registri e la preparazione dei file a supporto di file di reclami solidi.

Le principali responsabilità saranno:

  • Assicurare l’applicazione del Contract, Claims and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM) e della governance aziendale.
  • Preparare e aggiornare il Contract Summary, garantendo una comunicazione efficace al team.
  • Analizzare i contratti per sviluppare strategie di gestione contrattuale.
  • Creare e aggiornare tempestivamente la Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL).
  • Monitorare il rispetto degli obblighi contrattuali e il programma del progetto per raggiungere le milestone.
  • Garantire l’emissione puntuale di notifiche contrattuali ai clienti e partner.
  • Implementare procedure commerciali specifiche per il progetto, tra cui corrispondenza, notifiche e gestione dei reclami.
  • Gestire un sistema di archiviazione per la corrispondenza da e verso clienti/partner.
  • Supervisionare la corrispondenza, insieme al Project Manager, in entrata e uscita.
  • Sviluppare processi per la gestione dei contratti e reclami del progetto.
  • Adottare un approccio commerciale pratico per proteggere gli interessi aziendali.
  • Monitorare e gestire reclami e contro-reclami, con relativa documentazione di supporto.
  • Gestire richieste di variazioni e preparare lettere contrattuali.
  • Fornire consulenza sui rischi e le attività contrattuali, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Riportare le attività di gestione contrattuale al team legale e di progetto.
  • Formare gli stakeholder chiave sulla gestione contrattuale.
  • Anticipare rischi contrattuali e proporre soluzioni commerciali.
  • Collaborare con direttori e manager di progetto per mitigare i rischi e sfruttare le opportunità di reclami.
  • Fornire un'analisi contrattuale e commerciale affidabile e comprensibile del progetto su richiesta della direzione.
  • Essere disponibile a viaggiare fino al 20-30% del tempo.
